OUR FOUNDER
In 1969, one man armed with a vision and the kind of intelligence that comes along once in a generation, stood on a piece of land and looked up at the sky. And if you can imagine him today, feet firmly planted on the ground, eyes boldly scanning new heights, you already know all there is to know about us – a group that is rooted in Culture and focused on the Future. Meet Our Team
Ajit Belvalkar
Director, Technical
Ajit, an architect who graduated from the University of Pune, is constantly looking into and experimenting with low-cost, environmentally-friendly alternatives to standard construction materials and ideas. Ajit is an expert in project management. He enjoys a wide range of activities, including photographing of wildlife and playing the sarod.
Sameer Belvalkar
Director, Commercial
Sameer is a financial whiz and a commerce graduate of the former University of Pune. His field of competence includes costing and financial analysis, finding suitable land for various projects, and land purchase. Sameer is an expert in fine arts and music in addition to studying history.
Neel Belvalkar
Head of Business Development
Neel, who is a welcome addition to the family of architects, studied architecture at SPPU, then known as the University of Pune. He has benefited the team by bringing fresh aesthetics and design concepts that take into account "end user happiness" in all of the projects. He adds a distinct and fresh viewpoint to Belvalkar Housing after working firsthand with renowned architects, consultants, and contractors in Mumbai.
Nakul Belvalkar
Head of Sales & Marketing
Nakul, a BSBA graduate and a recent addition to the Belvalkar Housing team. Determined to take our marketing efforts, visibility and reach to new heights, he offers contemporary and elegant solutions from a novel angle. He is a fine artist and an avid sportsperson outside of work.
Sujeet Modak
CEO
Sujeet, an IIT Powai postgraduate, has over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of fields, with more than 20 of those years spent in real estate in a variety of mid- and senior-level management roles, including as a business unit head. As a result of his extensive technological know-how and strong technical skill set, he is an invaluable member of the team.
Neel Belvalkar
Manager, Business Development
.A welcome addition to the family of architects, Neel pursued his architecture from SPPU formerly the University of Pune. He has strengthened the team by bringing innovative design solutions and aesthetics, with an understanding of 'end user satisfaction', in all the designs. After getting a hands on experience with reputed architects, consultants and contractors in Mumbai, he brings a unique and new perspective to Belvalkar Housing.
